Triple chocolate mousse cake: an indulgent treat for all occasions

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 600ml heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip 300ml of the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Once melted, let the dark chocolate cool slightly, then fold in the whipped cream.
  4. In another bowl, repeat the process with the milk chocolate and additional cream.
  5. Lastly, do the same for the white chocolate.
  6. Layer the dark chocolate mousse at the bottom of a springform pan, followed by the milk and then the white. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
