- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 600ml heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whip 300ml of the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Once melted, let the dark chocolate cool slightly, then fold in the whipped cream.
- In another bowl, repeat the process with the milk chocolate and additional cream.
- Lastly, do the same for the white chocolate.
- Layer the dark chocolate mousse at the bottom of a springform pan, followed by the milk and then the white. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Try using different types of chocolate for an alternative flavor profile.
- Make sure to let the mousse set properly for the best texture.
