- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup vegetables (like carrots and cucumbers), julienned
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the beef and stir together.
- Remove from heat and mix in fresh Thai basil leaves.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, then lay them flat.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture and vegetables on each wrapper and roll tightly.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.

- For extra flavor, add chili flakes or chopped peanuts to the filling.
- These rolls can be served fresh or fried for a crispy texture.
