Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add shredded rotisserie chicken and gnocchi. Cook according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and spinach, and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
