Ingredients

- 1 pound summer sausage
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the summer sausage and brown on all sides.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked turkey bacon back to the skillet and mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, consider adding some chopped fresh herbs.
