- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olives, cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Press an olive half into the center of each mushroom to resemble an eyeball.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.
- Feel free to add more spices for extra flavor.
