- 2 packages of strawberry Pop-Tarts
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the pie crust into a pie dish and trim any excess.
- Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the bottom of the crust.
- Break the Pop-Tarts in half and layer them on top of the jam.
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and drizzling consistency.
- Drizzle the mixture over the Pop-Tarts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool, then top with sprinkles, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider using homemade strawberry jam.
- This pie can be served warm or cold.
