- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and cream cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the dough.
- These cookies can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
