- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups spinach
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and spinach, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well. Serve hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of red pepper flakes.
