- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly and then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest.
- Once the puffs have cooled, slice and fill with the lemon cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more lemon zest to the cream filling.
- Ensure the puffs are fully cooled before filling.
