- 100 ml heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with garlic, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, allowing the residual heat to cook the eggs gently.
- Add the smoked salmon, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add peas or asparagus for extra vegetables.
