- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
- For added flavor, sauté the onions before mixing them into the meat mixture.
