Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the lemon mixture over them.
- Add chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix with the juices. Serve hot.
