Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef, broth, carrots, potatoes, celery, tomatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  4. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
