- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef roast, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a richer flavor, sear the beef before adding it to the slow cooker.
