Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, broccoli, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and veggies are tender.
