- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, broccoli, bell peppers, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can easily be customized with your favorite vegetables.
- For a spicy kick, use spicy sausage or add crushed red pepper flakes.
