Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and cook until mixture thickens.
  5. Make wells in the mixture and crack eggs into each well.
  6. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
  7. Meanwhile, toast bread slices.
  8. Serve the shakshouka on toasted bread, topped with turkey bacon.
