Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground sausage, caramelized onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto each pastry rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
