  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half the dough into the prepared baking pan, then drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the top.
  8. Top with the remaining dough and drizzle the rest of the salted caramel sauce on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
