Instructions
- Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold and seal the edges, forming a pouch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rangoons until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- For a healthier option, you can bake the rangoons instead of frying.
