Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the caramelized onions, chopped turkey bacon, and fresh sage.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Feel free to use regular bacon if you prefer.
