Ingredients

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
