Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and lightly brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
