- 1 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Using a spoon, drop a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
