- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip the chilled truffles in melted chocolate.
- Allow to set on parchment paper.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top before the chocolate sets.
- Make sure the truffles are well chilled for easier dipping.
