- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
- Make sure your pumpkin puree is not too watery to avoid soggy bread.
