- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
