- 1 cup ground pistachios
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground pistachios and powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the pistachio mixture gently.
- Pipe the mixture onto the parchment paper in desired shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before assembling.
- Whip heavy cream and mascarpone until stiff peaks form.
- Layer the baked dacquoise with whipped cream mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
