- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in the diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before frosting.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can use brown sugar instead of white sugar in the cake batter.
- Make sure the peaches are ripe for the best taste.
