- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
