Ingredients

  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
