Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry shapes.
- In one bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini fry in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
