Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
