Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and pasta. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
