Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until melted and combined.
- Add in the oats, pecans, and cranberries. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and let cool until set.
