- 12 mozzarella sticks
- 12 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of turkey bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Dredge wrapped sticks in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serves well with a side of ranch or spicy dipping sauce.
