  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm pitas on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Assemble gyros by layering sliced chicken, tzatziki, tomatoes, and lettuce in each pita.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
