Marshmallow Rice Bubbles Halloween Brains: Easy & Spooky Treats

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • food coloring (optional)
  • candy eyes for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. If using, add food coloring to achieve the desired color.
  5. Quickly fold in the Rice Bubbles until well-coated.
  6. Grease a brain-shaped mold with cooking spray and press the mixture into the mold.
  7. Allow to cool completely before removing from the mold.
  8. Decorate with candy eyes for a spooky effect.

Notes

  • For a more intense color, you can add additional food coloring.
  • These treats can be made 1-2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container.
