Ingredients

- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- food coloring (optional)
- candy eyes for decoration
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- If using, add food coloring to achieve the desired color.
- Quickly fold in the Rice Bubbles until well-coated.
- Grease a brain-shaped mold with cooking spray and press the mixture into the mold.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from the mold.
- Decorate with candy eyes for a spooky effect.
Notes
- For a more intense color, you can add additional food coloring.
- These treats can be made 1-2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container.
