- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Add parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Return the turkey bacon to the skillet and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with the creamy sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate chicken in herbs for a few hours before cooking.
