- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 package pie crusts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, and maple syrup.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture on half of the rectangles.
- Top with another rectangle and seal the edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create the glaze.
- Once baked, drizzle the glaze on top of the poptarts.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the filling.
