Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the flour, cornstarch, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.
