  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with additional basil on top.
