- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a scoop of the crab mixture and wrap it with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Place the wrapped crab bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using smoked turkey bacon.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
