- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
- This recipe can be served with a side of vegetables or over rice.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
