  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
