Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut flour, honey, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Using a small cookie scoop, form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- For added flavor, consider rolling the donut holes in cinnamon sugar after baking.
