- 2 cups whole wheat pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into strips.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the garlic and oil. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and chicken strips.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can use any type of pasta you prefer.
- For added flavor, consider adding vegetables like spinach or broccoli.
