Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add in the oats, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
