- 6 Hawaiian rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip each half of the roll into the egg mixture, making sure to coat well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Place the coated rolls in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Serve the French toast warm, topped with crispy turkey bacon.
Notes
- For added sweetness, serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
- Make sure the skillet is hot before adding the rolls to ensure they cook evenly.
