- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 20 Halloween Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, then mix until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Take a spoonful of dough, place an Oreo in the center, and cover it with more dough.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy your cookies!
Notes
- For softer cookies, do not overbake.
- You can chill the dough for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
