- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Layer the zucchini slices in a baking dish, then add the beef mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and the zucchini is tender.

- For extra flavor, consider adding bell peppers or mushrooms.
